中文摘要 | 本研究從臺灣的背景中探究學校領導的最佳實踐,為質性的個案研究,蒐集資料的方法包括訪談、參與觀察及文件資料,選擇臺灣北部地區優雅國民小學(化名)為研究對象,該校榮獲地方政府教育局優質學校、InnoSchool 創新學校經營、GreaTeach 卓越教學等獎項。本研究發現該校校長的成功領導作為如下:1. 對教育有獨到的見解,轉化成學校發展願景;2. 提供教師專業發展的機會、打造人性關懷的行政團隊,發展行政及教學人才;3. 以學校組織的再造、圓融與創意的領導及成員參與決策,形塑學校運作模式及永續發展;4. 運用空間領導、分享教育新知與形塑教學團隊,以提升教學品質;5. 善用行銷學校新品牌、家長教育服務中心及引進豐富的外部資源等作法,建立策略聯盟。 |
英文摘要 | This is a case study of the successful leadership of a primary school principal in the northern Taiwan. The principal is picked up for his many successes (his school has been awarded with best prizes in many different areas). By means of interviews, observation and documents analysis, one finds that: (I) The principal bad a clear vision of his mission of education. (2) As a man of justice who provided equal opportunity for all teachers, he has been able to build a good team of innovative, responsible, and talented teachers. (3) The principal possessed a good art of leadership with skillful administration, conscious reform, full understanding of the needs and talents of his teachers, generosity, cooperative spirit, and a far-reaching vision of sustainable development. (4) The principal was willing to share leadership with colleagues, to be responsible, and to have good knowledge and technique of teaching, teaching quality promotion, teaching team, etc. (5) The principal was able to market his schools, to raise fund, and to provide good service to students and their parents. |
