中文摘要 | 本文回顧性別平等教育議題與國民中小學九年一貫課程的關係,指出其間關係的建立肇始於特定的時空背景,婦女運動、婦女/性別研究、教育改革運動是其源頭活水,之後基於源頭之間的網絡,形成建制化的重要契機,包括行政院教改會、教育部性平會、九年一貫課程,但是從建制化到推動、落實於課程與教學之中,則需要步步為營,諸如從「兩性教育」到「性別平等教育」的修訂,從92年課程綱要到97年課程綱要的微調,從訓委會的友善校園、性騷擾與性侵害防治之強調到性別平等教育課程與教學的輔導與諮詢。最後本文建議拓展國際視野、強化在地研究、厚植師資培訓,以期秉持見縫插針的精神,持續奮力不懈。 |
英文摘要 | This paper reviews the issue of gender equity education in grade 1-9 curriculum for elementary and junior high school education. First, the gender relationship takes root in a particular socio-historical context, in which women movement, gender study and education reform converge. These three currents have exercised a significant impact on the policy of gender equity education. The Council of Education Reform, the Gender Equity Committee are established, and so is the set up of the curriculum of gender education for elementary and junior high school. Since then a certain implementation of gender equity education through practice and teaching has been made. The 'two sexes education' has been modified to be the 'gender equity education' and the 2003 Curriculum Guideline has been upgraded in 2008. Similarly, the emphasis has been shifted from friendly campus to curriculum and teaching. This paper concludes with a proposal for three suggestions: a broadening of international viewpoint, a strengthening of local research, and a deepening of teacher education. |
