中文摘要 | 「正向領導」是近年來極受重視的領導論述,融合了正向心理學、正向組織 學、正向組織行為與肯定式探詢等不同概念發展而成。校長正向領導藉由激勵教 師,營造學校的正向氣氛,進而促進正向溝通、建立正向關係,最終提升學校效 能。本文旨在探討校長正向領導對教師教學之影響,透過文獻分析法與觀察進行 資料蒐集,分析校長正向領導的新趨勢,並了解正向領導的意義與內涵。其次, 探析正向領導的理論基礎,並探討校長正向領導對教師教學的重要影響。最後提 出校長正向領導在教師教學上的實踐作法,建議校長要對教師表達支持關心與感 恩,孕育學校正向氣氛;發展教師優勢能力,培養團隊正向關係;採用支持性的 溝通,促進成員正向溝通;強調教師自我實現,賦予工作正向意義,以期協助校 長改善領導問題,而能增進教師教學效能。 |
英文摘要 | A positive principal is judged by his or her efficiency in building an ideal place for learning, teaching and growing. Thus study examines how far a positive leadership would influence the teaching quality of teachers. This paper consists of (I) an analysis of documents and data, and a search for the meaning of the new idea of positive leadership, (2) an exploration of the theoretical basis of positive leadership, and an examination of its impact on teaching quality, and (3) some practical suggestions for a positive leadership such as care and gratitude to teachers, cultivation of good atmosphere, promotion ofjust opportunity for advanced learning, and internal harmony. Furthermore, positive leadership needs to be supportive for good communication among teachers and for their self-fulfillment. A positive principal should know how to encourage teachers and optimize their efficiency. |
