中文摘要 | 大规模开放在线课程MOOCs正以惊人的发展速度,对世界教育格局、理念及技术产生不可估量的变革影响。面对新一轮世界教育改革浪潮,尤其是在全球化的时代发展趋势下,在跨文化交流日益频繁的当下,主动、积极地借鉴、吸收及转化MOOCs所带来的冲击与压力,成为实现高校教育改革与中国梦的关键。该文借助文化适应理论,在回顾高校MOOCs发展的基础之上,借助“跨文化适应模型”“文化适应过程模型”“对陌生文化的适应模型”对高校MOOCs本土化特征、影响因素及阶段特点进行分析,最后基于“文化适应的学习模式”,提出创新高校MOOCs本土化的发展思路。 |
英文摘要 | Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) has been developing enormously and influencing the global education profile,philosophy and technologies immeasurably. Facing new waves of global education reform, especially under the developing trendof globalization, with cross-cultural communication increasing rapidly, proactive absorption and conversion of the impact andpressure brought by MOOCs, and using it as a reference is the key to achieve educational reform of colleges and universities andChinese Dream. Based on the Acculturation Theory and the development of MOOCs in colleges and universities, this paper analyzesthe localization features, influence factors and stage characteristics of MOOCs in colleges and universities by using “InterculturalAdaptation Model”, “Cultural Adaptation Process Model” and “Adaptation Model for Alien Cultures”. Based on “Learning Modelof Cultural Adaptation”, it puts forward some development strategies for innovation of MOOCs Localization in Colleges andUniversities. |
