教育产业化背景下大学功能的演变和异化———以澳大利亚大学为例

A Review of the Theories Related to College Student Departure

澳大利亚大学的产业化发展带来了巨大的经济利益，但却忽视了其文化与社会属性，引起了师生关系错位、学术水平降低、行政化与官僚化严重以及大学基本精神的丧失等功能的异化，这种状况应引起我国教育界的警惕。

Increased concern has been given to construct a theory of college student departure since 1970s. In efforts to better promote educational equity and individual development，significant strides has been made in education，economics，sociology and psychology to explore the factors associated with student leaving. This study provides a thorough review of theories related to college departure. It is clear that a comprehensive theoretical framework has not been formed during the past four decades，there is still a good deal of puzzles over the details： general theories，economic approaches，treatment measure and cultivation of non-cognitive abilities. It is concluded that broadening dimensions of the theory and inter-disciplinary work may contribute to further study.
