中文摘要 | 20世纪70年代以来,辍学理论研究一直备受西方发达国家的关注。在实现教育公平和促进个人发展的语境下,西方国家辍学理论研究因遵循不同理论脉络分为基于教育、经济、社会和心理领域的四种路向。通过对40年来现有文献的梳理和述评发现,当前辍学理论尚未形成完善的研究框架,在一般性理论和规律、定量研究方法、辍学治理对策、学生非认知能力培养等方面有待进一步深入,理论视野的拓展和不同路向的系统性整合对全面构建辍学理论图景尤为关键。 |
英文摘要 | Increased concern has been given to construct a theory of college student departure since 1970s. In efforts to better promote educational equity and individual development,significant strides has been made in education,economics,sociology and psychology to explore the factors associated with student leaving. This study provides a thorough review of theories related to college departure. It is clear that a comprehensive theoretical framework has not been formed during the past four decades,there is still a good deal of puzzles over the details: general theories,economic approaches,treatment measure and cultivation of non-cognitive abilities. It is concluded that broadening dimensions of the theory and inter-disciplinary work may contribute to further study. |
