国际高等教育质量保障组织（INQAAHE）介评

Promoter for the Capacity-building in Quality Assurance of Global Higher Education ———Case Study of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education （INQAAHE）

国际高等教育质量保障组织是一家教育领域非政府、专业性、全球性国际组织。INQAAHE自成立以来，会员数量快速增长，积极开展了信息交流、人员专业发展、规范引领和多方协作等方面的活动，从而有力地推动了全球教育质量保障能力的提升。本文对我国教育质量保障机构和高等院校参与及承担INQAAHE活动提供了建议。

The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education （INQAAHE）is a non-governmental，professional and global organization in the field of education. Since the inception of INQAAHE，the number of its members has been increased rapidly，and it has conducted the following activities: collection and dissemination of information，training for external reviewers and staff of quality assurance agencies， development and promotion of guideline and good practice in quality assurance and collaboration with the stakeholders，which has contributed the enhancement of the global capacity-building of quality assurance in education. Some suggestions have been provided in this article for the quality assurance agencies and higher education institutions in China for further participation in and host of INQAAHE's activities.
