多元文化主义公民身份与公民教育

多元文化主义公民身份是基于多元文化的诉求，在批判自由主义公民身份普适性基础上提出的差异公民身份。它以族群差异为基点，强调少数族群的特殊权利和对族群的文化认同，培养公民的多元文化身份。多元文化主义强调公民的差异性和多元文化身份，但不排斥公民的统一性和国家公民身份。所以，多元文化主义公民教育需要处理好平等与差异、族群认同与国家认同之间的关系。只有这样，才能既保持族群的多样性，又保持国家认同的统一性。

As a response to the appealing of multi-culture，multiculturalism citizenship is a kind of citizenship with differences which put forward on the basis of criticizing the universality of liberalism citizenship. With differences between ethnic groups as its basic point，multiculturalism citizenship emphasizes the special rights of ethnic groups and identification to their cultures. Though emphasizes on the differences between citizens and multi- cultural citizenship，multiculturalism does not exclude the unity of citizens nor national citizenship. Therefore， citizenship education of multiculturalism should deal with the relationships between equality and difference，ethnic group identification and national identification. Only through this way， we can both maintain the diversity of ethnic groups and realize the unity of national identification as well.
