英文摘要 | The EU teacher education policies include building common teacher principles,improving the quality of teacher education,promoting the continuing professional development and improving the mechanism of recruitment and retention of teachers The future trends are mainly implementing the integration of teacher education ,constructing the indicators of teacher education and issuing the teacher educator standards Though it is still at the early stage for the EU to participate in teacher education affairs,it has actually made much progress in this field and contributed actively to the development of teacher education policy and practice in EU member states |
