英文摘要 | The system of “RISE” is a comprehensive teacher evaluation system introduced by the Indiana state government to improve the teacher education and the quality of teachers across the state The system is based on the concept of teachers who have good teaching It is centered around two content modules of professional practice and student learning that provides support and assessment for teachers And it reflects the characteristics of excellent teachers Studying the development and evaluation process of “RISE” can provide insights into the implementation of teacher evaluation system in American local area,and can obtain some inspiration on the reform of teacher evaluation |
