比较教育乃是服务于决策需要、基于文化理解的高深学问。其学科逻辑体现在价值逻辑、事实逻辑和实践逻辑三个层面。基于对比较教育学科逻辑的明晰认识，外观国际比较教育专业研究生培养的共识，即跨文化导向、多学科范畴与实践性路向，进而内联中国，提出我国比较教育专业研究生培养的本土建议，即“强化跨文化培养中的本土性支撑”、“深化比较教育专业研究生的专业性”与“倡导比较教育专业研究生的实践性”。
