英文摘要 | The variability of American education policies affects the development tendency of teacher preparation programs The model of professionalization through university-based teacher preparation has been questioned ,alternative teacher preparation programs are actually supported by state law and U S federal government policy But the evidence is clear that there have been distinct outcomes in practice and empirical lesearch The structure and pathways of teacher preparation programs are not the main factors affecting program quality,their effectiveness depends on program features |
