TV and internet are the most widely used media nowadays，with the development of technic，in the dissemination process，the two media are fusing more and more deeply.This article taking the legal education as an example，by analyzing the propagation characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of TV and internet，in the media fusion perspective，discuss how to make mutual use of resources and realize the fusion of TV and internet media in the legal education area，while TV and internet can keep their original dissemination advantages.
