中文摘要 | :知识经济的发展和终身学习体系的建立让学生学会学习,重视对学生自主学习能力的培养已成为当今教育研究的一个重要课题。该文在界定自主学习能力内涵及构成的基础上,从自主学习能力发展过程的角度出发,结合体验学习理论,提出成人学习者自主学习能力培养的教学模式,目的是为成人学习者自主学习能力的培养提供具体的模式和方法,从而为远程教育机构开展自主学习能力培养工作提供理论依据和方法指导。本文包括三个部分:一、自主学习能力培养的研究综述;二、成人远程学习者自主学习能力培养的教学模式建构;三、对我国成人学习者自主学习能力培养的启示和建议。 |
英文摘要 | With the rapid development of science and technology and the rise of knowledge-based economy, many countries'most important direction of the education reform is to help students learn how to learn, how to think and build a lifelong learning system. Self-regulated learning as an effective way of learning and relatively stable transferable learning ability is not only beneficial to improve the students' academic performance, but also the premise and foundation to realize lifelong learning. Based on the definition of the composition of self-regulated learning ability and analysis of the developmental process, the study combined the experience learning theory to put forward the teaching model of self-regulated learning ability for adult learners. The paper included 3 parts: 1. Literature review; 2. The construction of teaching model of cultivating adults' self-regulated learning ability; 3. The enlightenment and proposal. The purpose of the paper is to provide concrete model and method for the cultivation of adult learners' self-regulated learning ability, thus providing the theoretical basis and methodological guidance for distance educational institutions. |
