The Study on the Teaching Model of Self-Regulated Learning Ability for Adult Learners
With the rapid development of science and technology and the rise of knowledge-based economy， many countries'most important direction of the education reform is to help students learn how to learn， how to think and build a lifelong learning system. Self-regulated learning as an effective way of learning and relatively stable transferable learning ability is not only beneficial to improve the students' academic performance， but also the premise and foundation to realize lifelong learning. Based on the definition of the composition of self-regulated learning ability and analysis of the developmental process， the study combined the experience learning theory to put forward the teaching model of self-regulated learning ability for adult learners. The paper included 3 parts: 1. Literature review; 2. The construction of teaching model of cultivating adults' self-regulated learning ability; 3. The enlightenment and proposal. The purpose of the paper is to provide concrete model and method for the cultivation of adult learners' self-regulated learning ability， thus providing the theoretical basis and methodological guidance for distance educational institutions.
