中文摘要 | 教育信息化要求在教育过程中较全面地运用现代信息技术,促进教育的全面变革,从而适应信息化社会对教育发展的新要求。在这一背景下,教学质量监测工作获得了巨大的实践推动力。教学质量监测具备诊断、反馈、导向等功能,能够帮助学校准确定位教学环节中的“短板”,为改进教学环节、提高教学质量提供翔实数据,从而为教育行政部门实现教育均衡提供科学可靠的决策依据。因此,探讨信息技术支持下教学质量的监测具有重要的实践意义。该文采用文献资料及比较研究法对教育质量监测的涵义内容及必要性进行总结,同时,结合调查研究法对目前信息技术在教育质量监测中的应用进行研究,从数据采集的信息化、数据统计分析的信息化、教学质量跟踪监测的信息化三大方面深入分析,并根据具体实例给出相应的方法建议。 |
英文摘要 | Education informatization requires a nearly full utilization of modern information technology during the education, topromote a complete revolution of education and to meet the new requirement for the education development by informatizationsociety. Under this background, monitoring to teaching quality has been pushed a lot in practice, which owns many functions, suchas diagnosis, feedback, guidance, and so on. Those are able to help schools to find out the weaknesses in teaching correctly and tooffer detailed data to improve teaching and promote its quality. Consequently, it provides scientific and reliable decision basis to theeducation administration to realize the educational balance. Therefore, to discuss monitoring about teaching quality with the supportof information technology is significant. Literature research methods and comparative research methods were used to analyze thecontent and necessity of education quality monitoring. Meanwhile, survey research methods were used to investigate the monitoringabout teaching quality with the support of information technology. There are three aspects with the support of information technology,data collection, data analysis and data tracking. Finally, the author gives some suggestions on methods based on specific examples. |
