中文摘要 | 学生评教是高校对教师教学进行绩效评价以提升教学水平的一种重要方式。学生评教量表是高校实施学生评教的常用工具。本文采用多案例研究法,并结合理论文献回顾,研究了9所高校学生评教量表 的内容及其改进,分析了这些案例高校学生评教量表内容的共性和差异性,并指出了这些案例量表中存在的问题,最后针对这些存在的问题提出了改进建议。 |
英文摘要 | Student evaluation of teaching is an important way to evaluate teachers' teaching performance in a bid to improve teaching quality. Teaching evaluation scale is an effective tool commonly used by universities in conducting student evaluation of teaching. This paper probes into the content of scales for student evaluation of teaching used in nine universities based on the methods of literature review and multi-case study. Similarities and differences among the sample scale content are summarized, and problems existed are also revealed. This study concludes with suggestions on the improvement of teaching evaluation scales. |
