大学生学习投入支化趁勢及特征------基于枝兩遣综教据的夺析

Trends and Characteristics of the Development of College Student Engagement:Based on the Analysis of Panel Data in a University

学习投入影响学习成效，是当下探讨大学生学习与发展的热点。本研究采用追踪研究设计并利用NSSE-China问卷对南京某工科高校2008级学生进行了历时四年的追踪调查，采用多层线性模型（HLM)分别构建了线性和非线性模型，探讨大学生学习投入五维度指标（学业挑战度、主动合作学习水平、生师互动、教育实践丰富度、校园环境支持度)的变化趋势和特点。结果表明，大学生学习投入变化具有一定的规律：第一，总体上学习投入五维度指标呈显著增长趋势；第二，学习投入五维度指标变化不均勾，呈现显著的非线性变化特征；第三，学习投入五维度指标间存在交互作用。另外，学习投入变化还存在除时间外的其他影响因素。

College student engagement， which exerts influence on student's learning efficiency， is a hot issue in the field of student learning and development. Based on NSSE -China， the paper conducts a longitudinal research on undergraduates enrolled in 2008 at Nanjing Engineering College. The study takes four-year data and constructs linear and non -linear models by HLM to explore five dimensions of college student engagement， i.e. level of academic challenge， active and collaborative learning， student-faculty interaction， enriching educational experiences and supportive campus environment. Based on the research findings， several rules on the development trends of college student engagement are revealed in the end.
