中文摘要 | 教育均衡发展既是一种教育理念,也是一种科学的教育发展观,教育均衡发展体现了教育领域公平公正的理念。生态学原理在教育领域的广泛应用为研究区域教育均衡发展问题提供了契机和新的研究视角:生态学基本理论系统观、平衡观、动态观和整体观契合了区域教育均衡发展的理念;基于生态学视角的区域教育均衡发展观主要包括宏观生态、微观生态和虚拟生态;基于生态学视角的区域教育均衡发展模式主要包括传统区域教育均衡发展模式和基于信息技术发展模式;基于两种发展模式,区域教育均衡发展可以划分为三个阶段,即传统区域教育均衡发展阶段、传统和基于信息技术促进区域教育均衡发展的混合发展阶段和基于信息技术促进区域教育均衡发展阶段。 |
英文摘要 | Education balanced development is not only a kind of education concept but also a kind of scientific education development, which embodies the fair philosophy in the field of education. Widely used in the field of education, the ecology principle provides an opportunity and a new research perspective for the studying area education balanced development: The basic theory of ecology which includes Systemic view, Equilibrium View, Dynamic view and Holistic view agree with the idea of balanced development of regional education; The balanced development of regional education perspective based on the ecological includes macro-ecological, micro-ecological and virtual-ecological; The balanced development of regional education pattern based on the ecological includes the traditional and based on the information technology kind; Based on the two developing pattern, it can divided into three stages, including the stage of traditional one, the stage of mixing development including the traditional and information technology and the stage based on the information technology. |
