应用型本科专业能力测评的探索与研究——以工程管理类专业为例

The Exploration and Research on the Assessment of Professional Competence of Application-oriented Undergraduate ——A Case Study of Construction Management Specialties

为了使行业需求与高校人才培养模式对接，世界各国行业协会与高校联合实施专业能力测评，并以此作为应用型本科专业毕业生顺利进入行业的必要条件之一。应用型本科专业能力测评以人才培养必须响应和满足行业需求的能力标准为切入点，已经逐渐成为保证高等教育质量的重要手段。针对我国内地应用型本科专业人才培养模式中存在的问题，借鉴英国皇家工料测量师学会（RICS）的经验，结合中国专业能力测评制度的发展趋势，设计出适合我国工程管理专业的人才培养模式，并为我国工程管理类本科专业能力测评制度的构建提供合理的建议。

To make the cultivating model of qualified undergraduate effectively conform to industry demands， colleges and universities and industry associations from all the countries in the world jointly implement the assessment of professional competence. Therefore， the assessment of professional competence has become one of indispensable elements which will determine if application-oriented undergraduates smoothly enter into these industries. Taking the ability standard that cultivated undergraduate should meet industry demand as the breakthrough point， the specialized ability test of application-oriented undergraduate has gradually been an important means to guarantee higher education quality. So， for solving the existing problems in the model of cultivating qualified application-oriented undergraduate in China better， drawn on RICS experience， the suitable cultivating model of engineering management specialized talents for China are designed according to the development tendency of China specialized ability test system in this paper. More importantly， some reasonable suggestions are given for the establishment of the assessment of professional competence system of engineering management undergraduate in China.
