英文摘要 | The systems view is the guiding principles of the knowledge system for human performance technology, and it is also the key for a successful HPT program’s implementation. As a prominent performance technologist, Dr.Rummler insists on the systems view, and analyzes the organizational system with a Three-level Performance methodology. This study analyzed Rummler’s contributions to the field of HPT from his theory and practice, and some implications have also been drawn for Chinese HPT scholars from his experiences. |
