With rapid development of the economy， education informationization has developed in great scale. Nowadays education informationization has shifted from construction based on hardware to application and resources construction. To value the resources construction has to be a consensus in education field. Most of the instructional resources were recorded and captured by recording and playing system. The interactive and is a multifunctional system which combined the traditional hand in hand system， interactive TV and recording and playing system. It can assemble and also disassemble into more subsystem. Clients should freely construct this system to adapt various instructional demands and to reduce costs. The article introduces how to design the interactive and to achieve the goal of interactive discussion in education.
