英文摘要 | Teaching for Understanding (TfU) is a kind of teaching model which puts emphasis upon understanding. Instructional design is the soul of educational technology. It’s a key and difficult point for teachers to understanding the concept of instructional design deeply in the process of educational technology training. Taking instructional design for instance, this paper discusses the process of practical application that TfU is used in the training of educational technology ability for college teachers, which from TfU’s four components as followings: generative topics, understanding goals, performances of understanding and ongoing assessment, can provide reference for the current teaching model reform and the training for college teachers. |
