提高职前教师分析教学的能力的实证研究

Positive Study on Developing Prospective Teachers，Ability to Analyze Teaching

本研究设计了一项基于课堂教学视频分析的干预方案，并从五个维度检测了“干预”对职前数学教师分析教学的能力的影响。研究发现，经过干预，实验组被试分析教学的能力比干预前有较大提高，尤其在“学生学习”和“分析的深度”这两个维度上的分析水平均有了显著提高。控制组被试在某些维度上的分析教学的能力也获得了一定程度的提高，但其在干预前后的变化均不具有统计意义上的显著性。根据研究结论，对职前数学教师教育提出一些建议。

This is an intervention study that explores the effect of using classroom instruction video analysis method on prospective school teachers’ ability to analyze mathematics teaching. It is based on five dimensions: mathematics content， student learning，critical approach，suggestions for improvement，and depth of analysis. It finds that the intervention program based on the video analysis of classroom instruction significantly improved the experimental participants，ability to analyze mathematics teaching on the two dimensions of student learning and depth of analysis，while no significant improvement occurred to the control group. Implications for teacher education programs are discussed.
