英文摘要 | The traditional system of teachers being appointed by the government in Victoria has been replaced by that of teachers being selected by schools in the course of the educational system reform. A comparatively complete teacher employment system, which includes the sound employment procedure, varied employment contracts and clear-cut conditions and procedure of employment termination, has then been established via the promulgation of a series of laws and policies. The reform of teacher employment system in China can get such enlightenment from the characteristics of the Victorian system : applying the government mechanism as the fundamental operational mechanism to ensure the publicness of the teacher career, adopting the collective labor contract to protect teachers’ legitimate rights and interest, and consummating the procedure of both employment and termination of employment to guarantee the high quality and stability of teachers. |
