A Content Analysis of Research in Educational Policy Forum, 1998-2012

本研究針對《教育政策論壇》（Educational Policy Forum, EPF）15年（1998～2012年）的文章進行內容分析。研究目的旨在探討：一、EPF從1998～2012年文章研究主題。二、EPF從1998～2012年文章研究對象。三、EPF從1998～2012年各作者貢獻值。四、EPF從1998～2012年發表文章趨勢。本研究共蒐集291篇的文章，依據研究主題、研究對象與作者等，加以彙整與分析。研究結果發現：一、15年來提供323名研究者（計467人次）分別代表101個機構或個人（計377篇次），分享研究的機會；作者來源多元化，為主要特徵。二、15年來之內容雖隨教育政策與社會重心指向的變化，各類主題權重稍做調整，文章主題均嚴守分際，未曾偏離當初發行宗旨。三、文章以教育行政與教育政策為主，以大學為主要研究對象。四、平均每篇作者數，從1998年約1.06增至2012年的1.83；學術與研究合作化，為主要趨勢。

This study is a content analysis of the articles, numbered 291, in Educational Policy Forum (EPF) from 1998 to 2012, focusing on 1. their research themes, 2. their research targets, 3. the number of contribution to EPF from the same author, and 4. the publication trend of EPF. The four main findings of the study are: First, although society and educational policies change with time, during the fifteen years between 1998 and 2012, the 291 articles published in EPF all have their themes closely linked with the aims and goals of EPF, but the weighting of the themes of the articles varies with time. Second, in the main, the 291 articles are related to educational administration and educational policy, and the issues addressed in the articles are concerned with colleges and universities. Third, the total number of authors of the 291 articles is 467 though the number of distinct authors is 343, and the 343 distinct authors are affiliated to 101 institutes. Fourth, the average number of author of each article increases with time, with 1.06 in 1998 and 1.83 in 2012, clearly indicating a publication trend of collaboration.
