地方高校学科建设与区域经济转型适配性研究

To Achieve a Fit between the Disciplinary Construction in Local Universities and the Regional Economy Transformation

学科建设水平一定程度上决定了地方高校服务区域经济建设的能力，但学科建设本身的多维性、滞后性决定了二者并不成绝对的正相关。本文认为学科建设适配性的关键是它对区域经济转型的“合适性”和“有效性”。在学科建设适配性的概念及其作用机制的基础上，本文通过解析区域经济转型发展思路，对地方高校学科建设调整进行了分析。

The level of disciplinary construction in local universities determines to some extent the universities’ability to promote the regional economic development.However,owing to the multi-dimensional and lagging nature of disciplinary construction,the two are not strongly associated.This paper argues that the key to achieving a fit between the two lies in the suitability and effectiveness of disciplinary construction for the transformation of the regional economy.Attempts are made to define the fit of disciplinary construction and its working mechanism.By analyzing guidelines for regional economy transformation,the paper proposes adjustments to disciplinary construction in local universities.
