中文摘要 | 合作文化是教师专业发展中不可或缺的有机构成部分。有效的合作不仅可以促进教师个体的发展,而且可以带动教师群体的共同发展。该研究将教师视为教育生态系统中一个独立的种群形式,从种群内合作的视角界定了发生在教师个体层面上的自然合作形式,探讨了教师自然合作产生的机制。在此基础上,以教师知识为切入点,探讨了从教师个体的实践性知识到教师种群的理论性知识的转化过程,并以此描述出涵盖两条途径的教师在专业发展过程中自然合作的运行机制。 |
英文摘要 | The culture of cooperation is the indispensible part of teacher's professional development. The effective cooperation is able to promote the development of teacher himself, but also can drive the whole development of the population of teachers. In this paper, we define the teacher as the independent population in the educational ecosystem. We define the form of natural cooperation take place in the single teacher and find the mechanism of the natural cooperation in teachers. In the view of the teachers' knowledge, the paper discusses the process from a single teacher's practical knowledge to the theoretical knowledge of whole teachers' population. Finally, the paper describes two ways of the mechanism of the natural cooperation take placed in the process of teacher's professional development. |
