中文摘要 | 高校教师考核评价是高校加强教师队伍建设、推进改革与发展、建设高水平大学的核心问题。针对当前高校教师考核评价中存在的问题,通过理论分析和实例,基于AHP法、定性定量相结合,从师德、教学、科研、人才培养、学科建设、社会服务六个方面构建高校教师考核指标体系。同时,针对AHP法的弊端,就如何结合其他评价方法进行改进提出了一些建议。 |
英文摘要 | College teachers' evaluation is the core issue to strengthen the teachers, promote the reform and development, and enhance the level of education of the college. However,many problems are existing in current university faculty performance evaluation. Through theoretical analysis and examples, based on AHP method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative, this paper construct a college teachers' evaluation index system from ethics, teaching, scientific research, talent cultivation, discipline construction, and social service. At the same time, aimed at the disadvantages of AHP method, some suggestions are put forward,about how to combine other evaluation methods for improvement |
