英文摘要 | In order to explore the effect of faculty training on educational technology, firstly, an appropriate evaluation model was found on the basis of literature review. Secondly, the researchers acquired the experimental data of the four levels in the Kirkpatrick's Model from questionnaires and classroom observation. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the training were revealed by data analysis, and some suggestions were provided for the further improvement of the training program. |
