英文摘要 | Preschool teacher is the key to improve the quality of preschool education. In recent years, the British Government have introduced a number of policies to promote the preschool teacher reform, such as raising the level of qualification, developing the special preschool teacher training programs, and increasing the investment for the reform. Based on the analysis of reform policies, several successful experiences are made for the international preschool teacher reform. |
