英文摘要 | By using literature analysis and comparative analysis, this paper explores the qualification, status and professional development of school physical education teachers worldwide. It concludes that current sports teachers' qualification is not able to meet the requirements of the development of school physical education; physical education teachers' status is low. To improve this situation requires strict physical education teachers teaching qualifications, establishes occupational dignity and status, and promotes physical education teachers professional development to enhance their position. |
