中文摘要 | 高职英语教育正处于历史上最有利的发展时期,教师专业发展是深化高职英语改革的关键所在。教师自主是教师专业发展的根本出路。本研究对发达地区8 所公办高职院校125 名英语教师进行问卷调查与个别访谈,从环境、意识、行为等多维度剖析了教师专业自主发展现状,并指出:社会支持有助于改善教师专业自主的环境和行为。 |
英文摘要 | English teaching in higher vocational education is at its prime period in which EFL teacher autonomy is the key factor for its further development. This paper reports an empirical study on the autonomy of 125 EFL teachers in 8 state-owned higher vocational colleges from developed areas in terms of environment, perception and practices. The study finally makes its conclusions followed by a constructive suggestion—"social support" is beneficial for the improvement of EFL teacher autonomy. |
