英文摘要 | U.S. Department of Education and Department of Health and Human Services announced a new $500 million state-level grant competition,the Race to the Top-Early Learning Challenge on May 25, 2011 which became the new trends of the strategies of U.S. preschool education reform. Based on the analysis of the origin of this program, this paper expounds the important contents of this program, including focusing on five key areas,conforming the selection criteria,setting the competition priorities and announcing the winners,and analyzes the challenges and opportunities bought by this program and provides some reflections on the preschool education reform in China. |
