英文摘要 | Sweden is world-wide famous for its investment and emphasis on education. But in recent years the quality of compulsory education is not such satisfactory as expected. One of the main reasons for this is that the government lacks central control and motivation mechanism in its school teacher policies. Thus the government launches a new policy—teacher registration to raise the standards of access to teaching profession and to increase the requirement of professional development in different stages of teaching career. Also, the new policy stresses the correspondences between a teacher's learning and his teaching. The central control and motivation mechanism the policy introduces helps improve the overall quality of school teachers in Sweden and prevent teacher's occupation burnout. The new policy of teacher registration in Sweden is of significant reference, giving enlightenment to the reform of teacher policies, especially the reform and development of teacher registration in China. |
