A Study on Teacher Standards Reform of Scotland

苏格兰于2012 年启动了新一轮的教师标准改革。本文通过对苏格兰2005 与2012 教师标准的结构、内容与特点的解读与比较，全面介绍了苏格兰教师标准改革的主要内容，并提出对我国教师标准建设的启示。

Scotland launched a new round of teacher standards reform in 2012. Through thorough interpretation and comparative study on the structure, content and characteristics of 2005 Standards and 2012 Standards, this paper gives a comprehensive introduction to the main contents of teacher standards reform in Scotland, and offers some enlightenments for the construction of teacher standards in China.
