英文摘要 | Studying on the effects and influences by the system implementation is as important as on the system itself. Researchers on Teacher Education of America have gradually given their focus on examining the system effects upon teacher professional development from on teachers qualification system itself. In order to better analyze the influence of teacher qualification system in US on teacher professional development, the author discusses in various aspects how current American teacher qualification system promotes the professional development of teachers. |
