英文摘要 | This paper mainly discussed the way of Finland that used system approaches to improve students' learning. The reasons of why Finland education policy could improve students were equality, flexibility, creativity, trust and professionalism. Education policy to improve students' learning of Finland was established on continuing leader systems, which emphasized teaching and learning and encouraged school to create good environments and educational contents, so that it could help students achieve overall goals of school. |
