英文摘要 | From the 2nd world war then on, Finland made educational development plan as the main tool and constructed educational policy, which based on basic value ideas of education that was to respect, trust, rely on the people, and as the goal was common to every people. Through the progress of educational policy formulation, Finland then started a serial lasting reform, gradually formed an educational culture of equilibrium, multility and trust. |
