英文摘要 | Since World War II, Finland has constantly carried out a series of educational reforms, taking various measures to improve the quality of education, including the accountability system based on trust, flexible evaluation of tests, promotion of fairness through diversified ways as well as cultivation of high quality teachers by education of teachers as researchers etc. The outstanding performance of students from Finland in the program for International Student Assessment (PISA), strongly reflects that the educational reforms conducted have achieved remarkable results. |
