大學生電子學習歷程檔案使用行為及其相關因素之研究：以某大學為例

The Study on the Students, Use Behavior of E-portfolio and Its Related Factors: A Case of An University

本研究實施問卷調查，以了解大學生電子學習歷程檔案之使用現況，並探討系統表徵、輔助設計、效率、取得易用性、宣傳策略、知覺有用性、使用態度及使用意願等相關因素，與使用行為的關係。本研究發放601份問卷，回收371份，回收率為61.73%，有效樣本為312份，有效回收率為52%。經採變異數分析、多元迴歸分析後，發現一些重要結論：一、學生對於電子學習歷程檔案的觀感與使用行為多屬中低至中上程度，仍有待提升；二、學生希望電子學習歷程檔案的系統功能，能夠更加廣泛；三、使用意願、宣傳策略、知覺有用性及效率會影響使用行為，並以使用意願影響最大。依據結論，本研究提供一些建議：一、宜考量學生需求，增加額外功能以提高學生使用頻率；二、宜加強系統功能提升使用效率，以增進使用行為；三、宜設計多元化的宣傳與教育訓練，增進學生使用價值觀，以深化使用學習歷程檔案系統情形。

E-portfolio can be a vehicle to understanding students’ actual learning outcome. This study used questionnaires to understand current use of students’ e-portfolio, and to analyze the relationships among use of behavior and its related factors. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data from students in an university. A total of 601 questionnaires were distributed and there is 312 valid returns (valid return rate is 52%). Data were analyzed using stepwise regression analysis. The results indicate that (1) Students’ perception and use of e-portfolio were medium - low to medium - high degree, so the university need improve its usage. (2) Students hope that e-portfolio system functions can be more widely. (3) Intention to use, perceived usefulness, promotional strategies and efficiency have important effects on use behavior. Additionally, several suggestions are provided. First, the e-portfolio system may increase the additional functions. Second, the e-portfolio system may strengthen the system functions to improve efficiency. Third, the university may design a wide range of promotional strategies and educational training.
