中文摘要 | 證據本位教育政策是當前主要國家教育改革的主要趨勢之一,該取向強調教育政策與教育研究應該更緊密結合,教育政策的制定應該以研究證據為指引,教育研究的結果也應可為教育政策制定之用。本文之目的旨在就證據本位教育政策的發展與論爭進行概括性的分析,首先呈現該取向的緣起與主要發展,接著再分別探討支持與批判證據本位教育政策的論點,釐清證據本位教育政策的限制與可能性,最後提出啟示,期能透過本文的探討,協助讀者概括性地了解證據本位教育政策的主要理念與發展,並能辨明其中的論爭,進而思考證據本位教育政策的未來走向。 |
英文摘要 | The idea that policy making should become an evidence-based practice has recently come to prominence in several countries around the world. This have been resulted in the increasing efforts to have public policy and practice guided by evidence derived from research, as the evidence-based or evidence-informed policy and practice have become primary concerns in the field of education. However, there is a growing body of work that has raised fundamental questions about the feasibility of the idea of evidence-based practice in the field of education at the same time. Grounded on a comprehensive review of related literature, this paper aims to explore the approach of evidence-based educational policy in terms of more systematic way. First, the concept of evidence-based educational policy will be presented, its main development then will be reviewed. Furthermore, this paper will explore relevant controversies over the idea of evidence-based educational policy. Based on the aforementioned discussions, this paper will finally offer some implications for both educational policy as well as educational research. |
