The Influence of Education Think Tank on American Education

本文以美国教育智库"教育政策中心"为例,探讨智库对美国教育政策影响的方式:(1)通过在国会听证会上作证,扩大在政策决策圈的影响;(2)借助媒体影响公众舆论与大众的认知,左右政策议程;(3)通过"旋转门"机制,实现智库研究与政府决策的对接。

In this paper,the author takes EPC as a study case, and probes into the influence of education think tank on American education. The affecting ways of think tank on American education includes:(1)expanding its opinion power by attending the Congress hearing;(2)affecting public opinion and cognition by mass media;(3)bridging different actors of policy-making by the system of transiton from government to think tank.
