Comparative Analysis in Educational Policy:Theory,Methods and Uses

本文系统探究了教育政策比较研究的概念和范畴,从工具理性主义和冲突理论两大视角挖掘了其理论基础,尝试构建了跨学科视野的、量化研究与质性研究相结合的方法体系,指明了其在操作中的一般程序与步骤,并提出了其在实践应用中所需注意的一些规范性问题和建议。

In the context of globalization,the comparative analysis in educational policy has become a key theme in the field of comparative education. However,in current literature of comparative analysis of educational policy,there are issues in the theoretical basis,methodology and norms of uses. This paper makes inquiries into the concepts and theoretical foundations of comparative study in educational policy from the rationale perspective and conflict perspective. It puts forth the trans-disciplinary methodology combining the quantitative and qualitative methods. And it finally emphasizes four norms for the uses of comparative analysis in educational policy.
