英文摘要 | In the context of globalization,the comparative analysis in educational policy has become a key theme in the field of comparative education. However,in current literature of comparative analysis of educational policy,there are issues in the theoretical basis,methodology and norms of uses. This paper makes inquiries into the concepts and theoretical foundations of comparative study in educational policy from the rationale perspective and conflict perspective. It puts forth the trans-disciplinary methodology combining the quantitative and qualitative methods. And it finally emphasizes four norms for the uses of comparative analysis in educational policy. |
