我国民办教育产业战略研究──基于境外上市教育机构的SWOT分析

Strategic Research on Private Education Industry in China:An Analysis of Listed Education Institutions Abroad with SWOT

随着我国经济社会的发展和城乡居民教育需求的日益差异化, 民办教育发挥的作用越来越大, 代表我国民办教育产业发展较高水平的一些优质教育机构近年来已成功在境外市场上市融资。本文应用管理学中经典的SWOT模型, 分析我国在美上市教育机构, 尤其是最重要的两大类机构(外语培训和基础教育辅导机构)的优势和劣势, 面临着的机会和挑战。基于分析结果, 文章提出谨慎上市、延伸业务链、自主研发、术创新!培养专职培训师、规避政策风险等建议, 以形成办学优势, 谋求行业良性发展。

With China's socio-economic development and increasingly differentiated demand for education,private education industry has been growing rapidly in china. There is little theoretical research on private education industry in terms of listed education institutions abroad which represent the excellent sector of private education in china. This paper analyzes the listed education institutions in the u.s. with the managerial method of SWOT. It is found that their strengths lie in curriculum, brand and finance, while their weaknesses lie in expanding too fast, rising labor cost, insufficient initial innovation and low corporate governance level. The paper puts forward some suggestions, including carefully considering IPO, enhancing innovation ability, extending value chain, and developing standard management.
