中文摘要 | 选取综合性师范大学和理工大学两所院校572名学生进行为期5个学期的教学实验,考察我国高校体育教学中普遍开设的身体表现运动如形体健美、瑜伽、体育舞蹈、健美操等对大学生在自信心、情绪调节、团队合作等社会性发展因素的影响。结果表明:身体表现类运动对大学生社会性发展均有促进作用,其中形体健美、瑜伽、体育舞蹈对提高大学生自信心水平具有明显的促进作用;形体健美、体育舞蹈对快乐情绪的调节影响显著,瑜伽对大学生情绪稳定性的控制效果明显;体育舞蹈对培养大学生团队合作意识作用突出。运用身体表现类运动进行干预时应注意项目的特点有针对性地进行。 |
英文摘要 | The authors conducted a five-semester teaching experiment on 572students from two comprehensive universities,a Normal University and a Polytechnic University,to investigate how physical sports including physical fitness,yoga,sports dance,aerobics in sport teaching affect college students' confidence,emotion and social development.The results show that sports of physical performance had positive effects on college students'social development:physical fitness,yoga,sports dance had significant effect on the increase of students'confidence;physical fitness and sports dance could significantly contribute to an adjustment to happy mood;yoga had significant effect on students'emotional stability; and sports dance could considerably increase college students'awareness of cooperation.Characteristics of different sorts of sports and college students'needs should be considered when intervention study is conducted. |
