中文摘要 | 由于注重探索个体的生活历史和日常生活经验在其学习和教育活动中的特殊意义,生活历史法对于成人教育工作者专业社会化研究具有很强的适切性。运用生活历史法对一位女性成人教育工作者专业社会化的研究显示,专业社会化与个体的家庭环境、受教育背景、社会环境、工作环境以及人格特征等因素密切关联,并呈现出专业社会化历程的终生持续性、专业社会化动因的多重性、专业社会化路径的“非正式性”和专业社会化模式的辩证互动性等特征。 |
英文摘要 | Due to its focus on exploring the special meaning of the individual life history and daily life experience in learning and educational activities,life history approach is very suitable for the study on the professional socialization of adult educators.The study adopted the life history approach and investigated the professional socialization of a female adult educator.The results show that professional socialization is closely related to the individuals family environment,educational background,social environment,work environment and personality traits,and demonstrates the lifelong continuity,multiple motivation,informal approach and dialectical interactive pattern of professional socialization. |
