中文摘要 | 本研究以探討優質的自我評鑑文化的內涵,以及如何型塑優質的自我評鑑文化以確保教與學品質為研究目的。以立意取樣的方法選擇大學校院校長與從事大學評鑑經驗的學者專家進行研究,並以會議談話與經專家諮詢填寫開放式問題蒐集資料。其後,將所蒐集資料與文獻對話,並進行分析與詮釋。 本研究之結論指出:一、優質的學校自我評鑑文化是一能彰顯評鑑本質與學校教育核心價值的自我檢核運作機制;二、優質自我評鑑文化具有多元特性且能激發組織自我管理的內在動力;三、校長以整合性的領導策略,崁入組織文化,建構完善的自我檢核運作機制,型塑優質自我評鑑文化。 |
英文摘要 | This study is determined for investigating the connotation of excellent selfevaluation culture and the methods to shape excellent self-evaluation culture to assure teaching and learning quality as research purposes. Utilizing the purposeful sampling to select for the presidents and scholars who have had plenteous experiences of University evaluation and collecting materials. And through conversation in the meetings and filling out open-up questionnaire to manifest with gathered material and literature review in order to process analysis and interpretation. The conclusion of this study indicates that 1. The self-examined mechanism in the excellent self-evaluation culture of the school that can modify not merely the evaluation essence but also the core value in the school evaluation. 2. The excellent self-evaluation culture has the multiple characteristics which can stimulate the inner motivation of an organization self-management. 3. Principals who execute the integrative management strategies by inserting organization culture, constructing comprehensive self-examined mechanism and shaping excellent self-evaluation culture. |
