准确定位优化课程培养创新型人才——“高等教育战略规划与人才培养”研讨会综述

To Cultivate Innovative Talents with Accurate Orientation and Improved Curriculum: A Review of International Symposium on Strategic Planning and Talent Cultivation in Higher Education

科学规划高等教育发展和提高人才培养质量，是当前高等教育研究和实践领域的重要议题。澳门理工学院举办的国际研讨会深入地讨论了这两个议题，代表们认为：应当重视高等教育发展战略规划的制定，要处理好发展目标与准确定位、重点建设与协调发展、统一要求和特色发展的关系。以学生学习“成效为本”的课程、教学方式改革，需要在课程设计、科目大纲制定编写以及学习质量评估等方面深入探索，提升教师的专业发展能力，并不断拓展创新人才培养的思路。应用型人才培养在目标确定、课程体系构建以及产学合作的推进上，要深化问题研究，破解难题。

Nowadays rational planning for higher education development and improving talent cultivation have become two hot topics for higher education researchers and administrators. The international symposium on strategic planning and talent cultivation in higher education, held by Macao Polytechnic Institute addressed these topics from the following perspectives: the proper handling of three relationships in the formulation of strategic planning for higher education development, the reform on curriculum and teaching methodology based on students' learning performance as well as the cultivation of application-oriented talents.
