英文摘要 | From its establishment, the making of new South Africa's national-level education polices is based on the political system of "separation of powers" and mainly based on the national power sectors of Parliament, Constitutional Court, Cabinet and the Ministry of Education. The different types of policies have different making procedures and cycles. During the period of intensive national education reforms, the national-level education policy making has been trying to adapt to and balance different value orientations. Compared with the period of apartheid, in new South Africa, the situation of stakeholders involving in the national-level education policy making process has been improved significantly. |
