日本创新人才培养战略中的实践取向———以研究生教育改革政策为例

The Practice-Orientation of the Policies of Cultivating Creative Talents in Japan: Focus on the Postgraduate Education Reform

自20世纪90年代中期以来，日本的科技与教育发展战略都日益强调创新人才的培养。本文主要基于2011年出台的两份研究生教育改革政策文本的分析，重点揭示日本创新人才培养战略中的实践取向。本文认为，日本的研究生教育改革越来越体现出日本对实践领域创新人才培养的重视，而这种实践取向反映了日本力图尽早摆脱内外各种困境的现实需求。

Since 1995, the strategy so- called ‘Nation- building on Creation of Science and Technology’has been enforced in Japan. In 21 century, some newpolicies of cultivating creative talents and postgraduate education changed the point from creation to innovation. Based on some analyses on the reason of the change, this article concluded that these policies were reflecting the efforts toward resolving domestic and international problems and difficulties.
